What’s Included in The Cost Of An Alaska Fishing Trip? All Alaska fishing trip costs include fishing gear while guided (rod’s reels, bait, etc…) and an experienced guide with the boat.
Fishing License: You will be responsible for purchasing an Alaska Sportfishing License, including a king salmon stamp if that’s what you plan to catch. You can buy your license at any of the local tackle shops and stores as well as online through the Alaska Department of Fish and Game’s Website.
Where do we meet? Alaska river fishing trips depart daily from one of several boat launches on the Kenai River. All put-ins are easy to find and parking is not a problem. Maps and directions will be provided with your confirmation package.
Fish Processing: Fish will be cleaned and prepared for freezing as part of your Alaska fishing trip. Processing your fish, including vacuum sealing, smoking, and shipping services are available at additional cost. We recommend having your catch vacuum-sealed and boxed for the flight home.
Reservations: To reserve your fishing dates and accommodations, please call today, or fill out our online reservations form. We’ll help you customize your fishing and accommodation package and then send you a copy of your itinerary including the amount of deposit. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation receipt and directions to your Alaska fishing lodge and fishing locations. A 40% deposit is required to secure all reservations and balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make balance payment within 30 days of arrival may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits and balance payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All payments made with a credit card will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.
Limits of Responsibility: “Alaska Fishing with Mark Glassmaker” reserves the right to alter any package or itinerary as existing conditions may require. All rates quoted are based on current rates at the time of this printing and are subject to availability and/or change without notice.
Alaska Fishing Rates DO NOT include: gratuities, airfare to and from Alaska, air travel to and from Kenai and Anchorage, car rental, meals, Alaska State fishing license, fish processing, and air freight charges for fish.
Because our season is short, many dates become filled long in advance. For the best selection of accommodations and fishing dates, we recommend you make your Alaska fishing reservations early. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests but availability is limited.
